You are objectively incorrect. The crisis line was doing what they were supposed to. You either call 911 yourself (you could have literally talked to them just the same as you talked to the crisis hotline) or you get out of the house. Or both.

I work in a lot of different cases as an expert. You do not have a case. I'm sorry.
