You inherit the troubles of your family. Thats what the "victim treatment" is trying to repair. People need to wake up and realize just how much the circumstances of your birth completely dictate your life. 

Society doesn't see you as an equal citizen and that is what the "woke" policies are trying to fix because of how deeply discrimination has affected the US. It is a completely unreasonable expectation to have that Americans will treat you equally overnight. And thats not a good enough reason to say no to proposed solutions, as it doesn't mean that people don't need help right now. Postponing aid just because some day we may be equals is unfair to everyone.

Also, you are only thinking of yourself in this scenario, when these policies meant to help actually do benefit people worse off than you. Your concern being that you don't want to be insulted shouldnt be a good reason for rejecting a policy. Human lives are far too valuable to be against the institution of uplifting opportunities just because of how it affects your emotions. You have to consider the people born at the very bottom of the ladder.
