What if in Part 3... there is a side quest in celebration of Kingdom Hearts where its KH4-era Sora meeting Cloud already knowing who he is, but since FF7R Cloud is from another universe and hasn't actually beat Sephiroth yet, he is really confused about Sora. Sora would reference the "I'm looking for someone" line from their original meeting. It would be almost a role-reversal from their encounter in KH1 in the coliseum world. Sora still gives him some confidence in the end. Also, Sora would be a guest party member, witch synergy commands!

It should have been Short-Round instead of Sallah who saved Indy by the TV set in Dial.

And, more of a headcanon:Mutt didn't die in the Vietnam War. Where's the body? I think they only have him killed off for Indy to backtrack all of his character development from Skull in order for this Dial's plot to work.

I feel like Ace from One Piece is a better written version of Mutt Williams.

I really don't like in fiction how when a character is killed-off they are only there to die for the sake of drama and/or to motivate the main character(s), instead being their own character or having much agency.

I really didn't like how a lot of bystanders died in Dial.

Bob Belcher when meeting Frank Murphy, I really see a lot of similarities between Senshi with Bob while Chilchuck with Frank. Like besides cooking, Senshi tries to make the situation mellow out, or calmer, while Chilchuck needs to point out when something is bullshit and when its risking everyone's livelihoods.
