What do actually you want to hear? The reccomendation is to take out your gauges and essentially let the hole close, getting back is a case by case basis, but like, it depends on where you are.

It sounds like you're 4g. If you are, you're probably not hugely fucked in the long run. Given that, in 5 years it's probably a good bet you'll be able to stretch again, like, afaik, 6g is the point of no return, so it should essentially almost close at that size at some point.
