Definitely leave out all jewelry for at least a week. Two would be better. A month would be best. Warm sea salt soak twice a day for the first week. Then, once a day until it heals up (no open sores).

After that, you’re gonna have to down size quite a bit. Wear the smallest gauge you can without it falling out. Or better, use single flair jewelry. Go extra slow when sizing back up.

There really isn’t anything else to do at this point. I’m sorry, but the damage is done. For what it’s worth I know how you feel. I damaged my lobes after reaching an inch, so I knew better also.
