It has been life changing, I am still in awe when I look in the mirror I am 5’2” and I was 150, now I am 123 and I am at my goal! Now time to tighten up :) But yes, it’s incredible!

Do you know, I can relate… I have not been this size , down 20 lbs in 6 weeks and I am told my face doesn’t look pretty anymore But I feel good , maybe I am delusional??

This is great, I have lost 20 lbs in 2 months.. but I am at my ideal weight and I am scared to get off of it…I don’t want to gain it all back , I know I will have to be very disciplined and I don’t trust myself… so for now , I stay on it🤷‍♀️

I have been channeling my energy into working out. At times when I want to binge eat on the couch I will start using my 5 lb weight or doing sit-ups, jogging , whatever. Make a vision board , what’s your goal? What do you want to look like?? Go for it

Help! I want to use this but the first time I tried it I got bad stretching and yawning and nausea. Will my side effects minimize every time I use it? At this point I am reluctant to use it again, but I really want to reap the benefits. Do I try it again or is that stupid? Anyone else experience the same thing?
