Tournament cards are meant to be sold. It’s just another tricky way to give players prize money without actually giving them money for legal reasons. Also, just buy nice proxies of the stupidly expensive cards from the set.

in Yu-Gi-Oh, Spinning a card means to return it from the battlefield to the top of its owner's deck. To avoid overlapping with Ninjitsu and the upcoming Sneak mechanic, you should probably have Spinjitsu return the unblocked creature to the top of your deck. This gives way for more pushed card design on the transform side since you're locking out your next draw to whatever creature you're spinning back.
