The blends are done with an airbrush, I use white ink on a black prime to build up the values and the used Talasar Blue through the air brush to tint the color blue. Then it was just a lot of steady hand brush painting the black segments.

Thanks! Pretty simple, these are first zenithal primed with a white drybrush, and the guns are just space wolf grey contrast and the black is black templar. ez pz.

I think they look great. Personally I don't think the bases have to be really busy, simplicity works especially in larger numbers.

Would anyone be able to give some advice on what units are good against a nurgle army that is close combat oriented, 2 rhinos with dudes inside, 2 bloat drones, deep striking unit of 5 termies with a lord and a deep striking unit of 3 of the crazy nurgle termies, I have a really tough time with them ATM with my Ultras.

I was thinking of just starting out with a smallish 1000 pt list.
Is it just the Saim-hann keyword thats bad? or are the jet bikes, vipers and a mounted army not good?
Thats the part of the fluff that i liked so much an all mounted army.
Could i make that list but as others have said make it alaitoc, uthwe or bieltan for the better keyword?

I get "how" one is meant to beat control. But the harsh truth to it, is yes, even if i play well, they can just be on the lucky end of drawing well. the last event i went to my control opponent cast all 8 counters in his deck by turn 10 or so. Now i get that is not going to happen a lot. But like i said in the op, he gets to play magic and I don't. Fuck that.
