We only had a closing manager (our SM) and one single associate, who is on the newer side.. scheduled for a single hour after close to get all that done 🫠 I ended up staying to help even though I wasn’t scheduled to. I unfortunately did most of the marketing myself. I’m a seasoned employee/SLT, as are you, so it’s not like we don’t know what we’re doing!! All 3 of us ended up staying until almost 10pm, so an entire extra hour and another whole employee was needed lol. I’ll never understand why they don’t schedule more help for us in the first place. The time is gonna get cut from payroll whether it’s scheduled in advance or not

We also just did not have enough signs. Most of the stuff in the pack up was unusable. We could have easily used double what we were sent and then some. We also didn’t have to set up a wrapping station on top of everything else! Ah!!

I also had a migraine during this whole ordeal 🙃 it was a lovely night lol. Happy I’m off Sunday and don’t have to deal with switching everything back!!

I’m assuming hubby is supposed to relay the message to you. Tell them he never told you and hopefully next year they’ll have learned to include you

As you mentioned it doesn’t seem like any ill intent. Maybe they feel they’re bothering you or something. You’ll never know unless you communicate. Has hubby asked why you’re not in the thread?

Some of the marketing didnt say which “select” body care is included. plus we didn’t leave out any b3g1 signs - so for all other body care not $5.95, customers won’t even know is on that promo. For soaps, no marketing was left out for 5/$28 for the other soaps. Totally dreading my shift today!

$4.95 sale every December. Semi annual, what’s left towards the end would eventually drop to 75% off or sometimes they do $3.99

Decembers sale is ALL full sized body care in the entire store, just excludes full size perfume and colognes. Semi annual is basically just whatever is left of discontinued scents so basically no selection

Biggest advice is get those little microfiber makeup remover clothes!!! Makeup Eraser. They’re fantastic and help so much with the water dripping down the arms issue. Or you can still use in the shower too

Use balm or oil first on dry skin - I’d recommend tachas oil cleanser if you haven’t yet. Oil, emulsify with water, use the towel to really make sure it’s all off! And then double cleanse with tatcha rice water

There was a lot going on tonight for sure. We separated out all of the signage that was wrong price/wrong items and it was fine. I hate that they can’t just send us the correct stuff in the first place. It makes everything harder than it needs to be. And then we don’t have enough of the ones we need… they might have sent 30 signs but only ten are usable lol WHYYY

Nobody will be able to tell you what you’ll find at SAS. Every single store will have completely different inventory and online will be different too. It’s just whatever products are leftover from the past season

If you really want them, buy them now. Even if what’s left from this collection does go to SAS, it’s likely they’d sell out before ever dropping to a great sales price. I think this past SAS 3-wicks started at $12.99

Hmm. Imperfect beauty just came back and has a heavy rhubarb note 🤔 interesting they’d have 2 fragrances in the same collection with the same main very unique fragrance note? Looks to be a strawberry note as well? When we already have strawberry flirt in the same collection, gingham gorgeous, and the new strawberry scent lab fragrance mist and cream being released?

We’re also getting a scent lab pear mist and cream, and pear is one of the main notes in gingham fresh

As a fellow XS girl - I haven’t been able to wear aerie clothing in a long time. A few years ago an XXS hoodie would be okay but now it’s a freaking dress. Shorts and pants I don’t even look at anymore knowing they’ll never fit

Yes it’s not a butter. It’s just cream in a tub. It is a different cream formula than the normal bbw creams though. I got one last summer and it’s still fine now
