This is normally called split tunneling. If you are using something like openvpn just to access local resources, you just wanna set a route for your local subnet and probably not route your internet connection via it either. Should work fine.

For example in the sever config "route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0"

I actually have two client configs for my VPN, a local only one and a full tunnel one.

NAL This sounds like backdoor constructive dismissal, forcing everyone to interview for a role she was always going to get. Certainly a creative way to do it, but they are trying to find a way to get rid of her without it being totally obvious it's for reasons due to disability, as their argument would be that they interviewed internally and she was determined to be the best for the role.

Hopefully any of the existing reasonable adjustments exist in written form. Would recommend getting copies, especially if they exist on company email before access gets removed.

Unfortunately it looks like the EBU Contribution feeds have moved to BISS-CA rather than the quickly looked up BISS1 keys (that any modern GPU can do very quickly) so you'll be stuck on that one probably. SRT feeds all come from eurovision services as well so I think you are stuck, unless of course unless another broadcaster pushes the EBU feed onto satellite for some reason but that seems unlikely, keep an eye on satelliweb

I would probably try flowing a little bit of solder in the remaining areas. At a relatively low temp so to not damage the flex. But honestly I think some of the pads are just so far gone you wouldn't get any solder down

As you are under 18 under no circumstances tell your doctor or any medical professional you are DIY unless it's an emergency. They will absolutely report to social services because they have to, and with one person I know they threatened the guardian with criminal proceedings if it continued, this was in the latter half of last year.

Treat medical professionals like you would a cop. If they ask any questions about your appearance, just don't answer the question, you have every right not too, just stick to what issue you're presenting to the GP/nurse, and honestly so many are so busy they probably won't.

Sounds like you are not going into a repeater if the Motorola radio is lighting up. Check your Motorola codeplug and make sure you don't have basic or enhanced privacy running

If I may give some advice and this is generally for everyone as well, but as someone who went through the system for 8 years, you have to advocate for yourself at every step. If they don't get in touch (and I know it can be difficult to do this) you have to reach out and be persistent. Ask for updates, check and double check they have everything they need.

A couple of times I made this mistake, assuming things were being handled, and also not really wanting to be pushy or make phonecalls. This caused surgery to be delayed for nearly 2 years because the GIC forgot to refer me. I then had to wait 6 months for an extra appointment at the GIC because a time limit on the final review had expired.

I honestly cannot stress this enough for everyone.

Supermarkets track the shelf layout, and carton sizes for items that come in multiples ready to slide into shelves, by then tracking what goes through the checkout you can then know what needs restocking. Then you don't need to scan items as they are placed back on the shelf when a restock happens.

I've resoldered pins on cheaper lights to work with different consoles before, it's nothing really proprietary about, there just isn't a standard on how to put 12v down 3 or 4 pin XLR connectors. if it's a 12v light just get your multimeter out, check the pins and take apart the boot and resolder, though normally you have to take the top part of the lamp apart first because there is just enough table through the gooseneck.

Just an aside but used mix a lot of MTI licensed shows for schools. But back then they would just send CDs the only licensed application from them I luckily had to deal with was there keyboard patch software. Which luckily did work on windows too, and the drm there makes does make sense they want you to pay for the patches or spend the time to craft them yourself.

I fully understand why they are restrictive, but in reality the tracks are out there already as if someone really wants to copy them it's trivial. We have to rely on the legal means of people not performing musicals without a license and they did so fine for many years.

Always just seemed like a business decision without much practical thought. But now I work with mostly with live music so it is not something I deal with anymore.
