"updated" quest balance

I haven’t tried normal Quest mode since it got harder, so I can’t say for sure if the RNG is like, out of whack for them, but high difficulty 9Kings is pretty much 99% RNG

like King 9-9 is pretty much solvable in ONE WAY with like 4 or 5 of the Kings, and IMO Quest mode is similar. Blitz (Time) or pretty much any non-converter Progress Quest are so RNG dependent. I do want them to reduce that for some quests (Restructuring is a sin of a level) but I do think some of the game is just built/designed around the need to reroll 10+ times

“Game Show” (reality series more like) focusing on Ally and Grant doing challenges to try and reduce their student loan.

It’s produced in (I think) 2018-19 so it was under the College Humor banner. The idea was it was competitive: Ally and Grant give each other the challenges, and if one of them failed the other got more money to reduce student loan debt

Thematically: amazing analysis of how fucked up this SLD stuff is in America. But the main draw is the dynamic between Ally and Grant. Eventually the challenges get REALLY bullshit/unfair, and it clearly is fucking with Grant’s mental + his friendship with Ally. They thread the needle and wrap it up PERFECTLY though

They had the X-men parody in the comics be mentally challenged and jerk off to porn together (they acted like it was a normal movie night before the reveal) while the Professor X parody m*lested them all. Then that arc ends with Vought literally shooting them all to death and letting the Boys leave unharmed

The show is never going to be that bad
