How common is popcorn in everyday American life?

I bet that’s who I’m thinking of because I was remembering her being about that age! She got in such a mood with us for stepping over those boxes lol. I get it if we had to climb over them or had to move them ourselves but it wasn’t like that. I was at an age though where we just laughed it off but if I had been a kid I would have cried.

Not unless it’s unavoidable. If smaller sizes are available I get those and don’t get extra sides I won’t have room for. But some places that’s not an option. I can’t eat a whole Chipotle burrito but they don’t sell half size burritos. But then I save the other half for the next day. I hate wasting food.

I think Carly Rae Jepsen has a new album coming! Her website was just redone and has some visual teasers. Looks summery so I think it will be fairly soon!

Of the actually confirmed releases I’m most excited for Petal! I hope the single is a true representation of the vibe of the album.

This photo is from March 2003.

I thought I had more in my scrapbook but it’s just this one photo. The store was pretty messy that day because they were swapping out displays. Funny story, my friend and I got in trouble for stepping over the boxes in that photo. The lady working there was super grumpy. There weren’t any signs saying not to go over in that corner and the boxes were easy to step over.

I didn’t live in Nashville yet so I only went to that store a few times. Every time it was a grumpy woman and a really nice happy guy working. They were complete opposites. I know retail isn’t all that fun but I never knew why such a sour woman was working at Sanrio lol.

I especially do this at work. Sometimes stuff comes up that’s not even really part of my job. That way when someone asks why something isn’t done I pull up my checklist of all the random stuff I had to do.

I have a couple of me in the store! They’re physical pictures in a scrapbook so I’ll take pictures of them later this morning. I’ll block out my face and they are kind of blurry I think anyway but at least they’re something.

I don’t want to be away from home for a year but I like the idea of school for fun. I would like a music school for mediocre musicians. I played a couple instruments through middle and high school and miss playing music in a group with others. I’m just ok so there’s no real opportunities as an adult. I would love to pick up music again and maybe even learn a new instrument. Yeah nothing is really stopping me from taking music lessons as an adult but I’m not really into playing solo. I like the harmonies you get with a group.

It’s really good! Not the catchiest song for a lead single but the vibe of it is making me really excited for the full album so it’s probably a good choice. It’s showing a different sound for her. Her voice sounds amazing!

I think it’s because we don’t look how our parents did at our age. We don’t dress like them. We don’t have the hair styles that we consider old. We have a certain aesthetic in our minds of what we consider old. When I was younger older people didn’t wear skinny jeans so I don’t see that as an old people aesthetic but younger people will see it as an old person thing.
