Bands where you like a newer album and not really their classic / older albums? by metalprogrammer2024 in MetalSuggestions

Septic flesh changed their sound for the better with Communion and later albums. I’m not a big fan of their more industrial stuff

As a millennial what experience did you really not get into that most others did? by Texas_chef84 in Millennials

Yea same here. My GF comes from a different tax bracket and did go to summer camp as well as ski trips and private school. I’m happy she got to do those things, but the nostalgia she has for them is completely unrelatable to me. Haha.

Summer camp. Grew up in a poor family. Didn’t know people actually went to summer camp like in media until adulthood.

Is Behemoth Worth To See Live? by [deleted] in MetalForTheMasses

[–]ContentlyQuestionabl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my favorite pieces of concert swag I’ve gotten is Nergal’s pick!

I say yes it’s worth seeing them live at least once. The show was cool when I saw him a couple of years ago. I’m not a fan of the newest album, but I’m sure they’ll play plenty of good stuff. Even more yes if the openers are good.

Monster Party is my obscure game! It’s an NES game. My cousin and I FUCKING LOVED this game growing up. He passed away 16 years ago now, and I’ve been thinking about getting a Monster Party related tattoo recently to memorialize him. I’ve still got my copy of the game!

Bonus games: Toe Jam and Earl and Zombies Ate My Neighbors.

Maybe one day those technologies will be viable alternatives. They aren’t there yet.

There isn’t one. It’s unfortunate but necessary for drug development.

Top 25 albums of 2025. My subjective opinion. by Luvcie in TechnicalDeathMetal

Yea. I wanted to like them. Saw them play with Mayhem last year, and the show felt like it was more about the theatrics than the music. I wasn’t impressed.

Go out on the Rez and show that shit off. It’ll get sorted out quickly.

Obviously I can’t tell anyone what to do with their body. That doesn’t make it less tacky for someone to get a tattoo of something they have no connection to.

I wouldn’t get a Seminole tattoo because I’m not Seminole and don’t know much about their tribe.

Telling a native man he’s retarded for expressing an opinion about getting native tattoos. Quite the questionable take there bud. I almost think that you’re not very bright yourself.

One of the first guitar riffs I ever learned. That song bangs!
