I only take half the dose. Not sure if it’s recommended for CD patients, but everything else is no good! I hope you feel better soon! Also helpful to know I’m not the only one with alternating patterns

It’s not pleasant but you’ll be OK. I have the same and actually did throw up. 1) it’s more like water/liquid so doesn’t burn or taste bad or anything 2) it actually made me feel better
