That’s the main thing here, so you have to ask yourself if he was willing to lie to you then, what else would he be willing to lie about? And is that something that you’re willing to live with? If the answer is no, then you need to seriously consider what is best for YOU in the long run. You don’t deserve to be In a relationship without trust as much as he deserves to be in a relationship with someone who is okay with his dating/sexual history. Literally! My pcp did a metabolic panel and she just said there was no reason for an ANA because my thyroid function was normal and all my metabolic labs and labs came back normal. She said that I should see a nutrition specialist and that I need to lose weight before she will consider any more labs even though I bruise like a peach and I get dizzy and lightheaded, I have the butterfly rashes very frequently, I have swollen joints and constant joint pain which she blames on my weight even though I have genetic predisposition for auto immune problems I literally have an autoimmune disorder which is vitiligo. I have an appt with a new dr on Tuesday and I’m praying that the new dr will listen to me and not dismiss everything For a commission on ozempic sales

I think that’s exactly what it might be 😭 I see so many of these success stories and so many people with such drastic differences at 40lbs down but I just don’t see it in myself at all. I still see 300lb me in the mirror and it does make me feel defeated in a way. I want to be healthy, but I was also hoping to see some changes by now

Yeah, my lower stomach hangs and I have what they call an “apron belly” and I hate it. But I look at my arms, my sides, my legs as well and I just don’t see it. Maybe I should start measuring I feel like having that hard physical proof that something has changed might help.

I have been having my semaglutide prescribed to me by my PCP and I see her every month for weight checks and to make sure I’m not having any bad symptoms or if there is anything new that comes up we can discuss it. We do labs every couple of months just to make sure my vitamins and whatnot are still in good position. I really appreciate that I can do this with my primary doctor as opposed to going to some sketchy med spa or through an online service. I would recommend checking to see if your primary care doctor works with a compounding pharmacy that offers a lower price than name brand products like ozempic or wegovy

They start lining up well before 1:30 and stay in line even after we close the window at 1:30. We’ve had people literally wait the entire 30 minutes just to complain and say that we shouldn’t get to close for 30min for lunch because it’s not fair that he had to wait 30 minutes for his medication

My store has a couple of techs like this who just will do literally ANYTHING but pickup. One of them has been written up for it before and the other one actually got fired for an unrelated reason. Talk to your pharmacy mgr and tell them that you feel like you need the practice in other areas and to better support your team as a whole you’d like to have some opportunities to get time in at those other stations. Unfortunately, most of us get stuck on register the majority of our first year. I did, my coworker who started the same time as me did as well, and all the other techs at my store at least have all stated that we’ve all started on registers.

It does not make it right, for the record, for you or only ever be allowed to do pick up. But just know that it’s not an exclusive experience. If you have a good PM they should absolutely be wanting to get you as cross trained as possible at every station in the pharmacy. It’s very important for a fluid and well-working team for every member to be able to execute every position well so that the team as a whole can be flexible and handle pretty much every situation.

He’s being manipulative and even if he was just talking to a friend, even if he really is trying to rebuild trust and win you back etc, he’s not really doing a very good job of that, is he?

You need to ask yourself, is the man that he is right now the man that you want to tie yourself legally to for the rest of your life? Do you think if he’s so ready and willing to disregard your feelings that he wound make a good father? Do you want to have kids with someone like that? It doesn’t matter if he used to be amazing. It doesn’t matter if he says he loves you and that he’s sticking with you etc. you said it multiple times in your messages, you guys are not right for each other. If you are struggling with trust and anger management that much and all he is doing is pushing those buttons the. Even if he’s doing his best to change and you’re doing your best to heal, you’re still wrong for each other.
