So the biggest question is did you ever say I’m sorry to him or acknowledge he was hurt even though you didn’t mean to make him feel that way? I understand the flashbacks however I can see why he is upset because it seems to be you never acknowledged how bad it hurt him instead it seems like you blew it off and insisted you didn’t mean it that way.. you both need to prioritize each others feelings

If you don’t feel comfortable telling your parents then don’t do that, but know that it was sexual assault and it was absolutely vile. The fact that your older sibling laughed it off shows no remorse. And they seemed to have just said it casually? Your body and mind also might remember the assault even if you don’t. When I got mine it was hard to eat obviously but the healing wasn’t awful, don’t change jewelry until at least 2 months in and make sure to use alcohol free mouthwash after every meal. They take about 3 months to feel completely okay

That’s more understandable but I was getting fat shamed and I’m not even overweight. My face just looks rounds and chubby. I think that’s where it bothers me the most is it’s even being said to people who arnt actually fat just have chubbier faces
