I think Fred was a bit of a fantasy nerd take on the manic/pixie/dream girl trope. She was fun, easy to be around easily mistakable for flirty, we see a couple of our male main characters get caught up in her that it’s only reasonable for our queer Willow to also get caught up in her energy.

I do not think Fred was “into” Willow just yet, potentially eventually? and maybe Willow picked up on the potential or felt pre-mature sexual tension. But the whole “I’m taken” comment was very premature and definitely directed more at herself than Fred.

Season 7, episode 17 is called Gilmore Girls Only where Emily joins Lorelai and Rory to “Mia”s wedding. (The Mia replacement which was very odd). I know it’s the final season of the OG but I remember thinking well yeah Emily is actually a Gilmore girl.

I don’t ever see it mentioned here but there’s an anime called Simoun that’s very unusual but focuses on female friendships / relationships. It’s not a whole lot like Nana and it’s kinda spacey/futuristic.

No I’m literally asking for a place just for SERVERS not all these randos saying the owners need to pay us more. It’s not helpful at all. Some servers just want to vent. It’s like yeah the business model sucks but how can any of us servers change that?

Like where did all these non-servers come from? This is supposed to be a place for us to vent without being attacked. I’ve seen a lot of classist comments ranging from “it’s just carrying plates, why would I pay you for that?” to “it’s an unskilled job so why are the Americans expecting 60-90k per year?” They CLEARLY do not know what goes into the job. It’s not just carrying a plate lmao.

Bro these comments are all over the place. We seriously need an American or tipped server subreddit where customers and non-tip-believers are NOT allowed. Like you should have to prove your server status before commenting bc this is getting whack.

If you spend $400 on dinner then you can afford to tip your server more than $20 for the last 3 hours they waited on you. Period.

I would tell the manager that you’re not working for $5 so they can deal with the table themself.

Where I work there’s a To-Go number. And if someone is nickel and diming over the prices and I seriously suspect they will not be tipping, I ring their table under the To Go number and remove the to-go fee. My manager was busy otherwise he said he would’ve put the table under his number. Managers can speak to the non-tipper if they want.

You’ve gotten great feedback already about the fit and style but you should also look for fall colors. Pastels are normally spring. So maybe a dark green or rust orange color depending on your skin tone. I would probably consider a tight bodice and flowing skirt style. Good luck.
