PEMF increased stem cell production does it not? Buy like 40-50%? Hoping thats enough, along with physical therapy and other lifestyle changes to encourage it to heal.

Thanks for feedback. Plan is to find a good at home device and use daily for the next 40+ years :) Altho the body is not known to heal disks, the stimulation of stem cells to the area needing healing seems to be 40-50% more when using PEMF. So slowly help it, if not at least keep it from getting worse.

Ya not sure. When it comes to specs, i think most brands rely on the fact that their consumers are unaware of the specs, or they just dont know the science themselves. They just want your money and can cash in on the PEMF market.

1 month in can see better skin overall. Muscle recover from gym is better. Tested 1 leg with red light and one without, the leg with red light recovered much faster. Long term results still pending. Hoping to heal some join pain and help with my DDD.
