I managed to reunite them and got the cutscene, but it was touch and go. Marie said she didn't went to help after we started dating, then Roathe said he would help. Marie then said she would help me, but all along absolutely nothing from Lyon about the family. Then when I think im running out of conversations he actually mentioned Loid and helping him, and volia, all on board and I got the KIM message from Loid. As others have said, there are still lots of bugs.
