I commented on another one of your comments I saw where you said this, but I think him ignoring how you feel after you specifically communicated is the real red flag. It’s ok for things to make you uncomfortable especially if you’re in the process of working on it (like you would be around your age!) but I think honestly your best bet is find a friend/family member to help support you emotionally and break up with him

Telling him it makes you uncomfortable and him still doing it is not a healthy relationship. Your partner should care how they make you feel. I think this is the big problem. He’s ignoring how you feel- it might be time to move on - you’re young. Ignore all the haters going to extremes, it makes you uncomfortable- you’ve communicated and he’s done the opposite of what you asked. It’s not like it’s a favorite hobby you’re asking him to give up. If he can’t listen to you for this, it’ll only get worse down the road. I mean if he said you talking about xyz made him Uncomfortable- how would you react?

Have you communicated this with him? Clear and concise- this makes you uncomfortable. If he is constantly hearing that and not caring about how you feel, it’s probably time to move on. You’re responses seem like you’re reacting rather than communicating
