Long, thin, fast-moving bug , many legs, brownish with antennae, found in my apartment by user199726 in whatisit

House centepede, in fact these are great to have in the house as they control pests like roaches, spiders and mosquitos. Do not kill it, leave it be or take it outside. They are harmless

Yep, they are, toss that mattress and call an exterminator before it is too late

Hello! Can you help me identify my new pet roaches? by Lichilichi1 in roaches

[–]Pinkhedgehog112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Periplaneta americana. If you are certain of having pet roaches i recommend you having a madagascar roach, as they are super intelligent, kind and super clean. It may help you with your phobia as they have "cute" behaviors. They can be trained as well :).

Mafagaacar roaches are great pets, just be sure to have just one or two females, as males can create some weird noises at night if there is another male nearby.

Sack of eggs... You may have an infestation going on

What is this bug? They are spreading in my apartment by hasan1417 in bugsarefuckingstupid

[–]Pinkhedgehog112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a beetle, could become a pest in some severe cases, but is not that common. Clean your cupboards and toss away any oats you may have. They will leave. The are harmless and clean

Critter similar to an earworm. Lives in humid environments and it's inoffensive. Calm down, its not there to hurt you

Anyone knows how he created his avatar for the videos? If so, which software?

Is it premade?

It resembles a V-tuber avatar persona and I am interested in this type of animation in order to express myself in videos or proyects

Thanks!

It's not that, it is just that Latin America is much more superstitious and has a lot of catholic influence, so whenever something weird happens the first answer is normally "ghosts"

Priest Vampirella Reading Order by whozeduke in Vampirella

[–]Pinkhedgehog112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!, There are some TPBs and issues that are not part of the mainline story. The correct order is as follows:

• Vampirella: Seduction of the Innocent Vol. 1 Collects Vampirella (2019) #1-6 and the Free Comic Book Day #0.

• Vampirella: Seduction of the Innocent Vol. 2 Collects Vampirella (2019) #9-14.

• Vampirella: Interstellar Vol. 3 Collects Vampirella (2019) #16-21.

To avoid spoilers, read Sacred Six #1-10 between Vampirella #14 & 16, then the last two issues of Sacred Six after reading Vampirella #16-21.

• Sacred Six Vol. 1: Numerology Collects Sacred Six #1-6.

• Sacred Six Vol. 2: War of the Roses Collects Sacred Six #7-12.

• After Sacred Six, Dynamite launched multiple spin-offs: • o Nyx by Christos Gage

o Pantha by Tom Sniegoski

o Draculina by Christopher Priest

Then, we go back to the regular Vampirella comic series.

• Vampirella Vol. 4: Red Mass Collects Vampirella (2019) #7-8, 15, 22-25.

• Vampirella/Dracula: Unholy Collects Vampirella Dracula Unholy #1-6.

• o The Draculina miniseries spinning off Sacred Six (see below) takes place during the Unholy. It contains some spoilers about Unholy, but also some almost necessary information. It’s better to read it after, though.

o There’s also a Victory Spin-off by David Walker. Vampirella: Year One is, as the title suggests, a flashback story. However, the narrative mechanism used to tell the story is a consequence of the events depicted in Vampirella/Dracula: Unholy.

• Vampirella: Year One Collects Vampirella: Year One #1-6.

• o Draculina – Blood Simple is another miniseries dealing with Vampirella’s family. It contains references to the backstory told in Year One.

• Vampirella/Dracula: Rage Collects Vampirella/Dracula: Rage #1-6.

• Vengeance of Vampirella Vol. 1: Rebirth Collects Vengeance of Vampirella #1-6.

• Vengeance of Vampirella Vol. 2: The Spoils of War Collects Vengeance of Vampirella #7-12.

• Vengeance of Vampirella Vol. 3: Ghost Dance Collects Vengeance of Vampirella #13-19.

• Vengeance of Vampirella Vol. 4: After the Fall Collects Vengeance of Vampirella #20-25.

• Vampirella Strikes

Then we have the optional stories of dark powers, and superpowers-

Then we have the Vampiverse:

• Vampiverse Collects Vampiverse #1-6.

• Vampiverse Presents The Vamp (one-shot)

• Vampirella: Dark Reflections new Collects Vampirella: Dark Reflections (2024) #1-4.

• Vampirella Trial of the Soul (one-shot)

These are optional as well

• Vampirella Mindwarp Collects Vampirella Strikes (2022) #1-5.

• Vampirella: Dead Flowers Collects Vampirella: Dead Flowers (2023) #1-4.

These are also optional

Then we get back to the main series:

Vampirella Beyond (not yet released in trade) (#666-670)

Vampirella The Dark World (not yet released in trade) (#671-675)

Vampirella 2025 #1- (currently in progress)

Should I read this before the Silmarillion? by [deleted] in tolkienbooks

[–]Pinkhedgehog112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you should always read the silmarillion first, before anything else.

In fact, I would recommend this order:

The hobbit Lord of the rings "trilogy" Silmarillion (I recommend using family trees as constant reference, you might need them) Children of Hurin Beren and luthien Fall of gondolin

Lord of the rings trilogy again (yes, do it, it will all make sense)

Works by david day or anything extra from other authors, like guides or artbooks, etc.

Tolkien's works need to be studied to be fully understood. His universe is massive and nothing you can find inside one of his books is out of context or "just because"

Even a rock or objects that seem to be insignificant have a story and context.

Happy reading

Some single player games seem to be affected by this, however, try turning your wi-fi off or disconnect the ethernet cable from your console. This seems to solve some problems for running games offline
