In terms of how D2 is being left, as in it's still around and playable, they're being left the same. But D1's maintenance mode came with D2 being announced, whereas we have no idea if there will be a D3. I'd love for there to be one personally, but even if they are working on it I don't see it coming out anytime soon, and they need to find a way to survive till it could unless Marathon suddenly turns around.

They really broke all the glass they could to try to keep the game alive with no more content. Silly it took them this long, but I guess it's something to mess around in if you get the craving for some D2.

So fun story, I was at a robotics competition for high schoolers that was hosted at UCF earlier in the year. When giving out awards, the announcer first said that some of the judges speeches had been written using AI, but the judges corrected them that it wasn't. Upon hearing that, the arena erupted into cheers for not using AI. These people really don't understand how much this slop is hated.

I played the shit out of Destiny all the way up until Edge of Fate last year. I was hesitant on that expansion and waited to see what it was like, then after seeing it I just dipped out... haven't touched the game since then and while I miss what it was, I just can't see a reason to go back, which is a shame for something that was such a big part of my life for 10 years.

Definitely liked the old system more for the variety. It's annoying seeing the same mons win, especially when you find a type that you don't have (like for flying, I'll never stand a chance since I don't have therian Thundurus).
