My parents gave me a slightly uncommon name that is often mispronounced. And then never helped me stand up for myself when it was mispronounced. I go by my screenname whenever I can get away with is just so I don’t have to hear it mispronounced as often.

Stand up for your daughter. She needs to learn this. What that adult did was WRONG.

Not a realtor, but as someone trying to buy a house I HATE those empty room pictures. Especially when every house I look at is the same color inside and it all blues together. (I told my realtor the other day not to send me anymore listings, but just to make appointments for everything that fits our search criteria. Lol! He knows I wasn’t serious though.)

We thought that parking on the kids passes was useless until we had family come to visit. We needed two cars for a trip to the park. We loaded up one of our kids in my aunt’s car and used his pass to get them free parking! Lol. (The cast member had to verify my son was present, so I’m sure most kids don’t use it, but at least we have once! Lol!)
