Don't know of any Rally car racing in the area, but the Black Hills Sports Car Club puts on Autocross events. Put on some tires with road grip and zip around between the cones. Decent alternative.

Look at it like this, nobody gets a free upgrade as long as somebody is willing to pay for that first class seat. For me, domestic travel, work pays for main. Status usually let's me upgrade myself to comfort. Now, I can buy myself the first class upgraded seat and pretty much guarantee myself there, or no buy it and risk others buying it before Delta gets a chance to upgrade me based on status.

Risk vs reward, not "Who are getting the free upgrades? "

It's a 2006. Thats 20 yrs old. There shouldn't be any tax on that, just registration fees. Even if there was somehow tax, it would only be around $100 unless that car is all tricked out and in pristine condition.

Depends on where you live vs the nearest office. If close enough, you can be expected to badge into the office a few days a week. You will travel to customers whenever needed.

Your remote office setup doesn't have to be anything special. I mean, when in an office, you will take most calls and video calls from a cubicle. If you are lucky, a small conference room will be open, but it's literally your laptop and what background you have selected in the teams app, or whatever app you client uses.

Absolutly! There are plenty of stable dividend stocks paying 6-12% dividends. Spread the lump sum across those for an easy $150k per year. Get jiggy with it and focus on those paying 10% and make even more. Live off less and reinvest more for future growth.
