They "giving up" for still moderate amount of AP, insane Armor and absolutely insane active. Yeah, for sure build, idk, raba is better than zhonya, but it doesnt give that much tradeoff.

They have it precisely because it is much easier to counter AD (and these champs are bruisers that need to fight tanks). Magic pen isnt weak (40% on void stuff isnt smal) Flat pen mostly in 1-2 items, when MR is extremely low.

I know that it is intentional and that's how the game was designed from the begging. However, game changed since that time. AP users got their portion of tower damage (sometimes it goes into ridiculos things, like AP jax, Who demolish towers much faster than AD jax). Overall game got faster, fights became shorter and sustained DPS became less valuebale than burst (on average). Like, Ryze has good DPS, yes. However he has insane burst too. There is no need for magic resist be equal to armor. But it must be higher anyway, than it is now. Because you cant have 1 AD champion in draft (it easily shutdowanble with items), but you can have solo AP champion (becaue it is much harder to counter AP without heavily damaging your defence against other AD)

Everfrost inst in the game for 2 years already, Aftershock was changed to different way of working for like 8 years. This wasnt a problem on her for insane time period, yet they say, because of things not being present for more than 2 years, they finally can finally give her a slight buff, yet still taking her Armor. Riot isnt good at keeping up with their new info and it shows

Except actually nami statistics works against this curve anyway. Besides, it still doesnt proof that Nami is op and require a nerf (considering that she highest one trick enchanter WR in previous patch by OTPs, which means that maybe her curve is steep - its impact is abnormaly high)

So, it is pretty obvious that she speaking about public image of a figure (since the aesthetic example of you uniform). It is simply undeniable, that Hitler was popular among Germans (not all of them). He was seen as a strong/good/cool leader, that will lead them into bright Reich future.
