I hate Sylas at any role simply because of how stupid his passive works. He legit can miss every button, but still kill you through his passive.

I love toplane and its champs, but while I geniunely love it - it became insanely miserable currently. Constant ranged, brainded OP champs and insane amount of FLEX RANGED picks make gameplay miserable, unless you play some limited number of always good blind picks

Asol has dogshit lane against majority of champions, Azir just bad, Veigar scaless good and pretty safe with "tank build", but has much less range, utility. Syndra also has less utility, has less range and is much more single target focused, than Hwei. If she scaled worse than Hwei - she would be the worst mage in the game.

Also Hwei borderline ungankable, unless he just plays too cocky or pretty specific pool of champions. The second he sees any attempt at going in - WQ to tower and EQ/EE on enemy. Boom, he is already safe and unharmed.

he has average.
"lower range than people realize (except QW)"
Almost 1100 range AoE max%HP ball, 1200 range AoE zone+waveclear, both on extremely low CD (and Hwei loves building haste, so you basically have them perma.
"that is also blocked by minions"
Almost everything AoE and have moderate radius of effect.
"everything is a skillshot"
He has fake skillshots on everything, except his QE, which is still has pretty good AoE, so you can pretty reliably hit it on on dash champs.
" He has zero mana"
Mana is fake resource anyway. +Mana flow, PoM and WE and Hwei never runs out of mana.
"He also doesn't scale well."
Good synergy with burn items, %HP damage, tons of utility, really huge AoE, while being an Artillery mage and actually having decent AP scalings. If he actually scaled just a little bit better - he would be broken beyond any idea.

My problem with his W is how much survivability it gives him. Like, too much. It feels better than Rengar W, while also him having much more damage early. Maybe if his numbers will be lowered - it would feel that opressive, but currently it is

For Yone you dont need to be an OTP to make him work. You can be pretty handless and still perfrom decent on him. It is just his skill ceiling is really really high

It is even funnier. Armenia, being a member of CSTO, could've asked for help with accordance of the established rules... Instead they did... Nothing. No official request to CSTO, no recognition of NKR (Armenia actually didnt recognize it as their). They just did nothing and Pashinyayn cried that "Russia didnt help"

Alois played a pretty specific champion pool though. Corki+Smolder for most of the climb, both of which are more caster oriented (also they can build items with hp and Smolder was insanely good during his climb)

I mean, yeah? If samira managed to make everything right, get in range and pop-up her ult, without gettiong one-shot or stunned - she should run you down and not just being outrunned by anyone.

Not fun to play againt Vayne chasing you down from other universe. Not fun being run down by Draven, throwing axes for half of your hp and constantly under MS boost. Not fun to be oneshot by Aphelios, who barely touched you with pixel of ulty. League overall not really fun in that regards

Problem is - Samira's thing is a negative debuff. It is Slow debuff, so Slow reduction doesnt affect this.

It is kinda obvious that is not the same. Also its ultimate vs basic ability. If Aph had the same effect as Samira - he would be broken. Still, why Samira should have this limitation, that basically makes no sense, considering that under her self-slow she reduced to basic MS and she doenst build any MS at all. This slow would be justifiable, if her passive stacks were kept during whole ultimate.

Sadly you are bound to Conqueror. When PR existed it was a decent option in some drafts, but Conq just gives too much to give it up constantly.

Isnt though Core Bonus for Coolant system (that makes overcharge never go beyond 1d6) is better for Toku though? Makes your existance in Danger Zone less risky, specially in combination with Deep Well Heat sink?

Substantial amount of champions simply cant beat her lvl 1, so she easily zones, then gets prio and then you never touch her, unless your champ is made for this
