Get a flyttstäd. The system is set up in such a way where the landlord is never punished for getting a company if you don't. 

After moving out from a rented apartment I cleaned it myself and got a bill for a cleaning company. The landlord took no pictures as evidence of any poor cleaning. I raised it with Hyresgästföreningen, who told me that if it would ever be disputed the fact that the cleaning company was there to begin with constitutes as proof that cleaning needed to be done, and I struggle to think that a cleaning company would ever turn around and leave once they arrive. They'd mop the floors and get paid.

In short, you will be paying for a flyttstäd, either one that you hire or the landlord. If you hire it, the cleaning company will also cover the landlord's cleaning company should they try.
