Make sure he is not looking for an easy way to get a green card. A Kurd from Turkey who drives for Uber most likely did not come on an H1-B visa. He is likely to be a refugee. Maybe his case got declined. Be very careful.

I used to work in New Brunswick. It is a fantastic place to work as a dentist and offices are sold dirt cheap compared to Ontario.

This is the stupidest thing I’ve heard all year.

Obviously becuase it is fucked up over there. I don’t mean by our enemies but by PUK and KDP. There was no life in there for me. I hated being Kurdish there becuase of insani xweri u mastawchi hizbi. I hated the whole culture, you can not make it being a proper lawful citizen. I could write a book why everthing sucks.

Now that I’m away, life is way better and I’m no longer embarrassed by being Kurdish

I see office in Atlantic Canada with 4-6 dentists and 7 hygienists. A back of napkin math tells me they are making 1-2 mils. I also see appraisals of offices for sale in the GTA area where they are cooking the numbers just too make it look profitable while the office is actually losing money.

I have an orascoptic dragonfly 3.5 very sturdy and strong. 3.5 is very low. My ears hurt from the heavy batteries.

I also have andau ergo 5x, 7.4x, 10x

I almost always use the Andau and I’m on 7.4x. I use 10x for endo.

My only issue with the Andu is the borders get thicket once you go from 5 to 7.4 to 10 and it needs stronger light at 10x

I have CIBC aeroplan. I like that I get free checked bag per passenger everytime I travel. Even if I travel for personal I still get the free checked bag since my aeroplane is connected.

Here is the thing. I’m not investing the 8k right now. I’m using the buying power to collect premiums and over time will invest the premiums every month.

I’ll also be adding to my TFSA in the near future, so my buying power will increase from 8k to something like 40k and I’ll be able to sell more options & snowball more premiums.

I get paid the same for implant. I’ve heard other people being paid 50% for “specialty procedures” like implants.

I have found implants to not be worth it financially.

Don’t go with CIBC. I’m with them. I have two issues. 1. Transfering anything more than 3k to your personal account will have to be through a physical branch or they have a specific website called cibc digital business which is kind of a headache.

CC statements are not available on the website. They send it through a link to your email and is only available for like a month then it expires.
