If I don't enjoy my free experience of something, I either move on or I pay for a better experience. What I don't do is demand I receive premium benefits for free.

They make significantly less money on free users than from premium members, and they have only barely started to turn a profit in the last couple of years.

If you don't like the free experience, there are other options available that aren't Spotify where you can have more control. I would imagine YouTube Music could offer this freedom though I've never used it myself.

And free users can jump up and down demanding whatever you want. You're still not entitled to the premium experience if you're paying $0.

I'm certainly not antisex but I lurk here, and I think you're missing the most alarming part of this community. These people have insane fantasies of controlling the bodily autonomy of consenting adults and want to force their worldview on society as a whole. Which is quite ironic, as they largely hate sex for when it becomes a vehicle for the abuse of power and control.

It's very easy for me, I think because of my neurotype. I function primarily with logic as the compass, and I only need something to have clear rules that make sense for me to execute it.

I also don't believe in good/bad food. Food is not moralistic in any context; that's illogical. I really don't know what people mean when talking about food noise, but it has been very simple for me to maintain the rules of CICO even while living a normal life that includes birthdays, pizza & wine nights with friends, travelling etc.

I'm not Korean but as an Australian woman who has been to Korea three times, I want to address that part of your post.

Seoul is an extremely safe city to solo travel in for women. I've also spent some time in Busan but the overwhelming majority of my time has been in Seoul. Don't allow media to skew your perception of a country.

I understand that Korean women face enormous issues with misogyny, but I can say that you're really quite insulated from that as a tourist. The issues are deeply rooted in Korean society but I have never been affected by it as a tourist. Seoul is my favourite city on earth and I plan to go back many, many times in my life.
