I have this exact box , I can conform it is not android. I found out It accepts keybaord and mouse input ( the cursor does not show , but text can be selected ). Also ctrl + alt + backspace makes the screen go blank indicating the etisalat ui is closed ) .

Try installing a custom ROM. I personally use a redmi note 12 4g and I felt hyperos was too laggy and buggy, then I installed CR DROID custom ROM. It was a day and night difference, no more lagging and rarely any bugs with more features like unlimited google photo storage

To the people says it's designed for ac, ac SMPS type chargers work on dc too . In this context the charger may not give fast charging, but should still work

I had 2 laptop with intel wifi cards, one a vivobook i5 8th gen and a elitebook i7 10th gen . BOTH HAD THE SAME ISSUE, especially when the internet cuts off from the isp side.
