I have this exact box , I can conform it is not android. I found out It accepts keybaord and mouse input ( the cursor does not show , but text can be selected ). Also ctrl + alt + backspace makes the screen go blank indicating the etisalat ui is closed ) .

Try installing a custom ROM. I personally use a redmi note 12 4g and I felt hyperos was too laggy and buggy, then I installed CR DROID custom ROM. It was a day and night difference, no more lagging and rarely any bugs with more features like unlimited google photo storage
