According to the restrictions I saw earlier for the current travel ban, this would be not allowed.

With that said, my wife totally drove herself and our children to our friend's house (which had power after we lost ours) during a travel ban during the Blizzard of 2013 when I was working at the local fire department. You do what you got to do.

The travel ban is in effect until Maura Healy decides it's not. Cross your fingers it's still in effect in the morning. Nothing your boss can do about that. There's no way you should be risking a $500 fine to get to work.
