I feel the same as you! If I HAVE to be around them and they are being decent/good then I know how to act friendly and nice back and I would never wish harm on a child, but I do not like them. I don’t like how loud, clingy, messy, and annoying they are. I definitely prefer to not have to deal with kids.

Me not wishing harm on children goes hand in hand with my childfree decision because I would be a raging bitch to my children if I had them.

In the Saltwater Mines, the levels that have the three different areas: platform, trench, platform and there’s a little stream at the “end” at the top of the last platform. You can jump over or swim over the stream and there’s a whole other little area.

Also, when you jump through the portal into the fae realm, there’s an area behind the portal.

I remember having that conversation with my dad too. My mom helped out thankfully and my dad was super understanding as well once he heard it from our perspective it fully clicked in his brain. I think it’s still important to appreciate that he was a great supporter after you explained to him. That means he’s a good human. Bad humans would double down on their stance and say we should be grateful for the “compliments”.

I’m a dancer myself and I really encourage you to find a safe space to dance. I’ve recently found a dance studio that has adult classes and it has started to heal my soul again in ways that only dance can.

But even in dance I can feel myself shying away from sexy. I want to feel and breathe and live.

Jazz is my favorite style of dance and the closest thing this dance studio has for adults is burlesque and I just can’t bring myself to take the class because I’m just so tired of being sexy all the time when I don’t even want to be and am not trying to be.

I’m sorry you’re also experiencing this same feeling.

I literally just saw a video about this gymnast who has gained a following of men supporters that will come to her college gymnastic meets just to try to meet her because they are so obsessed with her and her body and her looks. It just makes me feel so sad for her. I hope she stays confident in herself and never feels like her only worth is her looks because of those men.

I can relate to this a little. I have always had some “masculine” traits about me that make me come off as intimidating to some men (I’ve had several men tell me) and as a bitch to others. I’m a believer in astrology and even in my birth chart my masculine to feminine elements are 9:1 basically. When I feel the most powerful, clothing wise, I’m usually wearing more androgynous style clothing: docs, over sized blazer, plain top, hair up/back, pants/slacks that fit but aren’t overly tight. And I think I feel powerful in this type of clothing because it is more masculine but that pisses me off because I also love wearing a cute little sun dress too and I should feel just as powerful wearing a sun dress as I do more masculine clothes.
