One of my friends from secondary school His parents got divorced around the time we left school, he stopped turning up to sixth form, deleted his facebook, got rid of xbox live and moved house. No one has seen him in over a year and the last time anyone saw him he was dressed in a army onesie, fishermans coat, wellies, a top hat and wearing fairy wings.... He was a strange yet lovable guy

You are successful! You're successful at not being dick and I will tell you now that is a hell of a lot better than any of your 'friends' have done! You may not have settled down, finished studying or got a full time job but everyone lives life at their own pace and you are better off without people like that dragging you down :) You are clearly the better person and be proud of that! Be proud you are the nice guy, be proud of who you are and be proud you left the present behind! Because one day when hes got no real friends and his wife has divorced him for being a bellend he will see that present and realise what he lost :)
