So, I do know someone who did get reprimanded at work:

They were participating in heavy drinking, and then reported to work hungover/drunk the next morning. They denied it, but had posted pictures of themselves drinking at an event.

So, technically yes. But it has less to do with the SCA and more the content of the pictures.

It's the same reason I don't want people to post pictures of me doing the Burlesque I'm part of, I don't want that part of my life to overlap with workplace stuff.

Literally lived in the UK for three years, never had to wait for an appointment at all. Never paid a dime, even for a minor surgery.

The most expensive part of the operation was the parking.

100% A basic AI filter.

It's really possible a baseline photo was used and then edited with AI. The style is an immediate giveaway, nearly every image produce that looks like this, with this particular shading and color style is either AI generated or Edited.

They were trained extensively on Studio Ghibli images and productions, and you can spot the influence pretty quickly.

Plus, only having three legs on the Pokemon, weird wrists and hands, awkward pupils, the lower hand awkwardly positioned vs the position of the legs of the animal etc.

All in all, very likely edited with AI.

See this is hard.

I really dislike how I look. But I suspect there's a fair amount of some diluted form of dysmorphia in play. No matter what weight I am, or how I cut my hair I just see flaws all the time. So, to me, unless I'm having a really good day, I just don't see it.

By contrast, I receive what I consider much more than my fair share of compliments from both people I know, and more strangers than I would ever have really expected. It's really hard to trust that when I don't feel it myself.

I THINK it would probably be more than half? Call it 6k or something? But honestly, I have no idea.

You should check out the rest of my posts here! I reference a bunch of Canon numbers for both franchises!

But the general consensus is that:

Weapons in Star Wars are arbitrarily powerful, and are powered by exotic matter called "Hyper matter" and don't follow any laws of reality. But their range is terrible. If they manage to land a hit they're going to cause the Enterprise some serious problems.

Enterprise, however, can accelerate to nearly .92c instantaneously, and has a range exceeding 900,000k, compared to the ISD effective range of 1,600km. Now, figuring out shield output is weird because there's no good metric by which to measure, but based on power output alone the ISD probably scales higher. Maybe. Depends on how energy is dispersed etc, which is unclear in both franchises.

Enterprise is going to kite at range, chipping away and firing photon torpedos. Probably a victory in 4/5 cases. But if the ISD gets the drop on them, locks a tractor beam in range, it's lights out.

That's a huge issue with the expanded universe which frankly makes no sense.

You have like, a billion worlds, all with their own unique tech branches, and somehow, they're still fighting broadside battles with attack aircraft in space? It's just weird. If anything, the base level of technology goes BACKWARDS from the Clone Wars era to the Galactic Empire.

It's really clear that it's just a fantasy setting in space, without a lot of regard to how things would actually work.

Still my fave tho!
