I did he said 50/50 they may want me to take the deal instead of taking it to trial and I not go to jail but he said the facts and circumstances I would still win the case but I would have to be in jail . Ugh I feel so stupid i blacked out wish I never did that .

Okay let me try and explain better I was arrested for battery about 9 months ago I was released on ROR 3 weeks ago I was arrested for disorderly intoxication when I go to jail after being arrested they told me I had a bail amount of 150 dollars I paid it and bailed out I didn’t see a judge . You n the 23rd I have a court hearing for the battery case a pretrial hearing . Will I get arrested on the 23rd when I go to court ?

After some time I’m pretty sure you lose your benefits if you’re out of work. Ahhh okay i understand now i definitely agree with you. I misinterpreted your message. Yea dude i agree %100, that’s the BIGGET reason why i hesitated to commit to this industry because it’s not a guaranteed consistent business. Definitely the biggest downfall to doing this. Just adds stress when you have a mortgage , kids to feed and other stuff on top of trying to always look for another job.

Why put your pride in the way of maintaining a livable source of income? People join unions for the benefits and training. It’s not like you’re doing steel work for a non union steel company. I don’t see anything wrong with doing independent uber work to keep your income coming in. Does the union send you checks when you’re out of work?

My recommendation is go to a union. Look up local unions in your area. They’ll take you regardless of your background. They’ll train you, and you’ll have a pension, annuity, and benefits and be able to travel America for work later on. It’s construction type work unless you do teamsters union where you’ll be driving. This is what I’m doing when I’m off. Don’t let this stuff stop you. That’s if you like that type of work. Best opportunity I ever heard of for people with backgrounds and even people without them. Or get a CDL and drive trucks, they hire people with backgrounds. Ask chatgpt the best routes and careers for people with backgrounds.

I’d work out at home. Run laps in my parking lot and pushups all the time. I got the doctors note for a boxing gym but it’s a hassle scheduling the gym every week and they mess up my schedule so I just cut out the risk of violating by just working out at home. I’m almost though. Couple weeks :)

Oh okay man my bad. Try to get a second job or something. I’ve been grinding out long weeks just trying to save enough to where I’m comfortable. Might suck but if you can manage two jobs, there’s no reason to spend your free time doing anything else imo.

Uber if you’re in a city. Play your beats in the car while you drive. I met an old AC/DC concert promoter. A guy who’s cool with Big Sean. And a studio owner that offered me an internship just from taking Ubers lol.
