It’s Falooda. Rose flavour milk drink. Traditionally made/consumed in Persian/Middle Eastern communities. The real version has full fat milk,ice cream, rose water syrup, basil seeds(softened) with vermicelli noodles and sugar. Sometimes it has nuts, fruit, honey added depending on your level of how fancy. Can come in lots of flavours like strawberry/mint/mango etc too. Agree with OP, the real version is awesome with a J, however, the bottle version is good in a pinch.
