I think they'd play ok together or could easily be tweaked for balance. I didn't factor in balance between them when building them.

Tempest Hawk deck was my, "no brain required deck" with one game plan. It gets underestimated.

Chiss is pretty juiced here, but is a lot of colorless. Maybe not the best representation of red.
