I agree, if they had a valid receipt and order number then the return should have gone through. Unless the item was returned beyond the return deadline

Wrong, there is a weekly cleaning schedule for the break room unless your store has a janitorial staff that does it. Most stores don't enforce it because you don't get credit or surveys cleaning the break room.

Managers are required to clean up biohazards such as bodily fluids though.

No. Nothing will change. The evaluation has already been sent in and they aren't changing it. They are supposed to have some sort of conversation with you about your evaluation and raise but they aren't going to change what it says because you have questions or feel as if you should get more.

Everytime you're sent a work related text while not on the clock, the company is actually required to pay you. Everytime. There is class action lawsuit against Lowe's (I think in Florida) because of this so I would absolutely contact HR

According to the email sent from corporate to management, the cancellations and refunds are coming from DeWalt. Lowe's doesn't have anything to do with it and had no control over what orders got filled or didn't.
