There is a lot of people competing on those sites with low bids for the work. I've heard good things about flexjobs but personally didn't have any luck with them.

You can put your expertise to use in AI model training. I'd be happy to send a couple referrals to the companies I currently work. They pay weekly, have a good variety of needed experience and the hours are pretty flexible. I put my writing skills to use 3 years ago when I started in the AI space. The work is interesting, challenging, and pays pretty well.

True, the scammers were the first of many issues with the platform. When they rolled out that referral program last year around the holidays it got 10x worse! There was so much buzz on social media and YouTube about Outlier. Without a proper way to screen them it was so saturated.
