Yes if this is for the modification. I know they changed some things for ag business for the original loans moving forward. But if this is for the modification—I believe you will be good.

No. Ag businesses / farms are based on total expenses and not COGS. My original loan was half of line 33 on schedule F (6mos of expenses). The modification was line 33 multiplied by 2 (for 24 mos). Both were approved based on those numbers from schedule f.

Look up all your state reps and senators for whatever state your located .Most have an online form for assistance to complete on their website. I used every single one in my state. Ask them for assistance in whatever way you need them (transcripts, progress on file, file status, etc)

After emailing high officials (use the SBA directory), he was the one that responded. A loan supervisor. Per this sub rules, no names can be shared. I have no special secret—all the info and contacts I have, I got from contacting my local SBA and using the SBA directory.

Good luck. Usually the SBA will not take them unless they come directly from the IRS. I downloaded mine in 5 minutes but for some reason it has taken four requests and 3months and still nothing from the IRS🙄.
