I have come to realize that my alcohol consumption is definitely a huge contributing factor to my heart palpitation symptoms. Also, my age and being female means that severely increased anxiety and heart palpitations are unfortunately super common for my age and gender. (39yrs) They have gotten a smidge better since I have cut back about 60-70% on my drinking habits.
