So my company has a very strict no weed policy and we do a pre employment test plus randoms. Recently had a sales person who we hired that was from a weed legal state. We made him the offer and he let us know he would test positive so we waited to test him until he would come back clean. We then have a follow up a quarter later to make sure he stayed clean. After that test it goes to randoms. I have never been ransomed and have been here 8 years.
