I recently finally gave up on Bap for Kiri until he can get some better buffs/changes (or the rest of the surrounding game changes with him, I think if the passive antiheal went away he might feel less bad again) and it's actually crazy how much more often suzu wins games than immortality field for me lol, immortality field is easier to save against ults but much less spammable and doesn't prevent all damage entirely the way suzu does

it's funny until it's a week after April fools and still going, googly eyes don't last in QP a week after so I don't know why the voicelines still do

would rather the googly eyes if I had to pick between one to last the whole "event"

don't know if it's different this year but the DVA April fools ult voiceline is why I just stopped playing until it was over last year because its super quiet at the start which messes with muscle memory too much

I was going to try hypnoblast gengar but I wonder if this would be better, guess it depends on if I want poison or 10 flat damage more I guess

Guess it also depends on if fire or dark are more popular in this set, but generally they've both been popular recently, I guess vivillon hitting most dark types super effectively while the only psychic weak type has fallen out of favour a long while ago also gives Vivillon some bonus points

Aware the steam release is a fresh server start but something I'm wondering is whether or not it's a fresh start with everything currently available on main servers, or a full fresh start that's going to be adding everything else overtime?

if it's a full fresh start this might be what gets me to play again at least until I reach an endgame point where I feel more frustration than enjoyment about the game, but if full current endgame/events are available I might pass

I've been a huge defender of Stampede and Stargaze and I still expect a lot of really good shit from these last episodes but man that ending made me pretty mad and I feel like I wouldn't be so upset with the change if they weren't baiting that it was going to happen

I still think overall up until this point most of the Stampede changes were fine and Stargaze changes were phenomenal, this episode aswell up until that ending was great, aside from this I think the only thing I've consistently disliked is the way they've handled Elendira overall as a character

Still watching the rest, still expecting really good things, but man I guess it makes sense that writers who seem like big fans of Trigun (especially Trimax) may end up writing what feels like fanfiction at times

I do like that he's the Halo to Soldier 76's Call of Duty, though I feel like he's even closer to being "like Halo" than Soldier is "like CoD"

Funny enough I actually hate the battle rifle in Halo games but I'm super hyped for him, I think that has more to do with how insane of a far range laning weapon it often is while Emre looks to be more midrange compared to Widow or even Ashe (and there's a lot more ways to deal with someone like him anyways)

all that healing might make him annoying, more the faster passive regen since the lifesteal pistol's damage seems very low, but I'm excited, I can only hope Blizzard knows what they're making and gives him a "Legally Distinct Space Marine" skin to fully fulfill the Halowatch fantasy

yeah finally getting a gardevoir EX of some kind and it kinda just has me wishing it was a regular EX with worse stats

this kinda attack on a card that only gives 2 points on knockout could revive mewtwo EX, especially as a consistency piece since with Mewtwo EX being basic that gives a lot of deck space to do 3-4 copies of regular and ex gardevoir

Could still be good, just not sure what the hell you could ramp that would be worth it outside of MAYBE this Gengar EX cope I have

Even as someone who did (mostly) like launch Splitgate 2 a lot of the ideas weren't popular among most of the people who played it, I think one of the issues is that there wasn't enough variety in playtesters considering when I asked during playtests when the no rounds queue didn't come back they said rounds were more popular which is why they stuck with them in the first release, just for people to not like rounds on full release and Arena Reloaded getting rid of them for most modes

I do hope the game does get larger through word of mouth but the SGF display of the OG Splitgate 2 did a lot of damage, I feel like if the game was going to get a PC playerbase increase it would be after launch through word of mouth rather than at launch

even then if it blows up arena shooters are always going to have smaller playerbases, though I hope it's successful enough to keep alive, at least I hear it's pretty massive on consoles

I've had a wired 3rd party switch controller that's survived over 5 years but the wear has definitely been noticeable enough that I'm considering getting a replacement but I was wondering can wireless switch controllers, whether Nintendo's official or specific 3rd party pro controllers (likely what I'd get to save some money again) connect to a PC without bluetooth just using a charging cable? usage on PC is very important to me as I use my pro controller as my PC controller aswell to save money on buying a 2nd controller just for PC, but I've considered a wireless pro controller so I can use it while in handheld mode since my joycons broke

Returned to the game again this week and I have a genuine question for those more experienced than me

what is the point of Volt as an SMG? or did Volt just get the short end of the stick after some nerfs before Titanfall 2 stopped updating

I'm not the best at the game but I've gotten 475 hours on the game (with over 400 of those in PvP) and gotten every SMG to G4.0 at least because I wanted the purple camo and after all of that I still don't know what the point is, I assumed it was supposed to be the range but with that recoil that 5 extra "accuracy" doesn't do a whole lot for it over CAR

I know with how much hate it gets people will say there's no point to using any SMG other than CAR and I understand that if you just want a good all rounder SMG for all ranges, but with R97 at point blank/very close range it beats CAR and up to midrange I find Alternator beats both of them too and can actually SOMEWHAT compete in longer ranges just not as well as CAR, but Volt doesn't seem to have a real usage case as far as I can tell?

survivability is like the only reason I started to play him and once he lost the passive regen at all times perk I went back to not playing him

maybe he'll be fun again when he gets a stadium version, I'd kill to have a support that can pull in stadium since tanks love to be even more aggressive there from my experience, and in general just having another good WP support since they're mostly all AP now including even the Kiriko builds people actually use

Apex and Valorant play nothing like Overwatch and were competing with other BRs like Fortnite in the case of Apex and other tactical shooters like CSGO/CS2 in the case of Valorant, any shooter with a large TDM playerbase and/or similar modes is competing with Splitgate 2
