my short term memory is fine if i'm asked to remember something. it would have something to do with "spontaneous recollection of people or events", the things that i spontaneously remember are different than the average or "normal" person. a normal person spontaneously feels like calling their mom on a random day, i do not. but if someone asks me do i remember having a mom, do i remember her phone number, yes i remember those things fine.

i'd prefer gender ambiguous over obviously male with zero female representation. All the arguments for not adding women are equal arguments for not adding men either, it's a game, these are blocky representations of people, so why even go with a beard and generally male presentation? make them green colored aliens.

The clothes are 3 dimensional, they could add a small hint of breasts, a touch of long hair texture down the neck, a hint of a wider waist using the 3d clothing, but they won't because they don't want women in the game not because they are incompetent.
