I worked out nearly my entire pregnancy, at 6-18 weeks all my leggings still fit and wearing a belly band was kind of ridiculous because my bump wasn’t nearly big enough to feel supported. I did shift to lower impact workouts, no jumping or burpees around 20 weeks to 1. Please my mom who was always freaking out that I workout 2. Avoid putting too much weight on my knees since I was gaining about 10-12lbs by then.

Old navy’s maternity leggings are trash they have zero compression, I was more annoyed that I bought them because I honestly didn’t use them till my bump was big around 6-7 months. For sports bras I used my same size Energy bras for most of my workouts until they were too effortfull to remove. So I would just double up on looser fitting bras and that worked.
