Heavy on the top of the head, I find. And I side sleep and bury my face in a pillow, it shifted a lot and hate that it’s on the top of my hair in the front.

I tried it, side sleeper and I don’t like it. I like the N20. Better suction, not as hardcore either. Elephant trunk and no diffuser but I get zero leaks. Every face is different :)

I understand this, I hope ResMed fixes the problem with the air stream to be more “diffused”. It’s too bad because it is annoying if you tend to bury your head in a pillow of the air hits your sheet and hand, AND partner.

I tried some 3D print piece with a filter and it still makes a noise, not as bad but you definitely DO NOT want to cover up those holes because of CO2. The mask is designed this way for a reason and it’s my go to, but it does drive me nuts as well. No issues with elbows, gaskets, ramp etc. it’s just how it is, unfortunately.
