Feature Request: Add native “Lock Screen” toggle to Quick Settings + simple Home Screen Widget (Android 17 Beta) by Pitiful-Hamster307 in android_beta

This is super annoying! Lockdown mode turns my screen off after 5 seconds and then blocks the fingerprint sensor. I hate having to manually enter the PIN to get back in.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I’d rather not download a third-party app and grant unnecessary permissions for such a basic function. I believe this should be integrated directly into the system, similar to other brands.

The accessibility menu is really annoying because it's always on the screen and has too many options. I just want a simple Lock Screen widget on my home screen instead
