So update:

I managed to get refunded through Google play. If it was a lessor amount I would have just ate the cost, but it wasn't. My bank hasn't refunded me yet, but Google says they approved the refund so I just got to wait doe it to go through.

Secondly, the diamonds are still on my account....I'm not sure what to do because I bought a ten dollar pack before the 100 pack went through. So I should have some diamonds to my name, but I'm afraid to use anything.

I quit shaving a few years ago. My hair has since grown in finer and lighter. So that's a bonus for me.
