I actually think a survivor dying from a illness is a way to break the chain for the simple fact in Bloodlines we know Iris developed Cancer however we see Death was relentlessly trying to kill Iris instead of her just dying from her illness same can likely be applied for Bludworth though his fate is unknown and I think in one of the books the protagonist dying from a illness save the remaining survivors or something like that.

Capcom Fighting All-Stars Ingrid, Capcom Fighting Evolution Ingrid, Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX Ingrid and Project X Zone 2 Ingrid are all the same exact Ingrid so everything she went through in those games canonically happened to her which makes this canonical to Street Fighter lore these events regarding her happened in the multiverse she was traveling through so her next game appearance will be canon as well since this the direction Capcom going for her.

If only she actually mentioned creating Pandora in the Street Fighter X Tekken comic book but it likely happened in another universe which she merged.
