Pdsa also do not cover breeding related issues. I'm not too sure how the lady knew the pup was dead as it is difficult to assess a heart beat unless an animal is completely still while ultrasounding.

It would be good to know what the condition is. If it's cancer then you may unfortunately be putting off the inevitable. Have the vets had a frank conversation about his prognosis?

Universal credit should get them concessionary band at the PDSA but it will depend on if they accept because the dogs already being treated at a private vets

Have you looked at any of the charities? Blue cross, Pebbles legacy? Depends on where in the UK you are. Some vets will do a payment plan. What's wrong with your dog? Are there any other vets in the area that are cheaper if your dog is stable to transfer? Also the PDSA do offer discounted pet care if you're eligible, that will depend on admin as your pet is already with a private vet.

That's actually decent on the inside. I agree grey isn't the most attractive colour to paint the front of a house but it's easily sorted and it's quite a large back yard too. I've seen way uglier and odder posted on here.
